The Follicular Lymphoma International Prognostic Index, commonly referred to as the FLIPI score, is a clinical calculator used in the management of patients with follicular lymphoma, a type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This scoring system is used to stratify patients into risk groups based on five clinical parameters: age, Ann Arbor stage, number of nodal sites, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) level, and hemoglobin level. The FLIPI score helps clinicians predict the patient's prognosis and guide treatment decisions. It is not applicable to patients with other types of lymphoma or those with insufficient clinical data to calculate the score.
